Where are you located?
We are located in the Presidential Meadows neighborhood in Manor, Texas.
Where can I get more information about my pet’s stay?
You can complete this form, or send an email, to receive physical/digital copies of your pet’s intake forms.
This includes photographs of your pet at intake, detailed health and physical status at intake, bathing or grooming services completed, water/food intake and type (dry, wet, treats, as well as brand and flavor), bathroom habits, details of their time with us, any medical concerns we have, and how they slept if they stayed overnight. We will provide any additional information upon request.
Do I have to pay you?
While we greatly appreciate any compensation or donations, payment is not required. However, please be aware that if your pet was found wounded or in critical condition and medical services were rendered by a provider, we may provide an invoice receipt from their visit and/or you may be asked to contact the provider.
Do you provide any medical care or treat pets?
No, we are not licensed to practice veterinary medicine. We record health information and physical appearance upon intake for liability.
If there is an emergency, we will bring your pet to a veterinary hospital in town. Please see our providers page for more information.
Did you groom or bathe my dog?
Yes! If deemed necessary we will attempt to remove matted fur with clippers and/or scissors. We will try to ensure they look their best! We may also shampoo and condition your pet. If your pet is comfortable and relaxed they may be eligible to receive additional services. We will only render these services if your pet is comfortable and it is safe to do so.
These services are all complimentary for your pet’s comfort. You do not have to pay, but donations are appreciated.
How long do you keep dogs that are found?
We aim to keep found dogs without identification (microchip or tags) until we are unable to find the owner. However, in the event that we run out of space or find the dog to be aggressive, they will be turned in to the Travis County Animal Control.
Our priority is to reunite pets with their families. Owners must confirm their identity before hand over.
